New Stock Item Request
Entering a new Stock Item Request
In the Service and Maintenance/Stock Item Requests menu select the New Stock Item Request option

Click the + symbol on the tool bar to add a new entry
Fill in all available fields, note that the fields highlighted in orange are required. For the Equipment Object fields and the Supervisor To Approve fields you cannot type directly in to them, you must place your cursor in the field and press F8 to get a list of values to select from.

After entering all of your information click the disk icon on the tool bar to save the information.

Next, be sure to attach a quote to the request. This process is basically the same as if you are adding a quote to a purchase requisition. To do this
- Click the Attachments link at the bottom of the screen
- Click the Documents option on the left
- Click the New button on the right

You’ll be presented with a pop up screen to attach a document, in the Document Class field enter QUOTES then click browse to select the file you want to attach from your workstation. Finally click the Button.
