- If you want to dial an onsite phone shared by multiple people you can enter the same 5 digit extension you always have in the input block the click the Call button that displays under the keypad (Note: this will change as we migrate these types of phones to the Teams platform, instructions will be updated and distributed at that time)
Using The ”In Call” Dial Pad
If you are ever on a call where you need to navigate some type of menu by selecting numbered menu choices you will need to use the “In Call” dial pad rather than the primary dial pad in the upper left corner of the screen. To access the in call dial pad simply click the Dial Pad icon from the icon bar at the top of your active call window and you’ll be presented with a pop up window that you can use for making your selections.
Adding A Speed Dial Entry

You will be presented with a window to add a new entry, if you want to add a Nucor TM to your speed dial start typing their name and select them from the filtered list then click add.
If you want to add an external number (or a Nucor TMs mobile number) enter the 10 digit number into the “Add to speed dial” form then click Add. You will then be prompted to enter additional contact information. Once entered click the Save button.
